He was born in Buenos Aires in 1971. He attended primary and secondary school at the Goethe Schule (Buenos Aires). He received a law degree from the University of Belgrano in 1995. At the same time, he received a sports journalist degree from Deportea in 1995.

In 1998/99 he completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Pennsylvania (USA).  In addition, he worked at Hope, Duggan & Silva Studios; Marval, O`Farrell & Mairal and Proskauer Rose (New York). He specializes in business law.

He is fluent in English and German (mother tongue).
